About The Role Under general supervision, the Distribution Worker will be responsible for performing various tasks to support the efficient operation of the warehouse including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping products.
Position Responsibilities
Receive and manage incoming shipments and verify contents against packing slips or invoices.
Collaborates and communicates with logistics technicians, customer service representatives, service providers, and others involved in the shipment and receipt of products.
Tracks and updates the status of incoming and outgoing shipments.
Promptly unloads trucks and deliveries and sorts and stocks receivables.
Assist with inventory management by conducting cycle counts and reporting discrepancies.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse facility.
Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks safely and efficiently.
Operate straight truck to deliver materials between two facilities within Baudette.
Always adhere to company safety procedures and guidelines.
Perform other duties as assigned by warehouse management.
Job Specifications Minimum Requirements
High School diploma or its equivalent.
Valid Class D Drivers License
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Strong sense of time organization and urgency.
Ability to work independently or within a team.
Basic computer skills.
Physical Demands
Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.

Handling, seizing, holding, grasping, or otherwise working with hand(s).
