If so, we at Super Soccer Stars are looking for you! We incorporate a fun, educational curriculum that teaches soccer fundamentals to toddlers and kids (1-12 years old). All training and equipment provided.
The Company: Super Soccer Stars has been in the youth soccer business for over 22 years and have been recognized as the largest operating program in the US. Our goal is to provide an experience where every child is an athlete. The long-term impact will allow us to create healthy habits at a young age, teach life skills and increase youth activity across the board.
The Position: We are looking to hire an energetic and fun-loving Youth Soccer Coach to teach our after-school classes in elementary schools! Who will lead our children in fun and educational activities while ensuring safety for all. Our ideal candidate has prior experience working with children (as a sports coach, teacher, camper or leader), and enjoys working with children. This position is excellent for someone who has an interest in pursuing early childhood education, or child development.
New Coaches can earn from $20/ hr up to $40/hr! Our Coaches use individual attention to ensure every child has success. Our Coaches use a non-competitive approach to ensure classes are fun with a stress-free environment Our Coaches use positive reinforcement to encourage children to do better and celebrate success. And finally, our coaches have a blast! They are open-minded and know that coaching is a continuous journey. All Coaches are open to feedback and strive to be better by attending regular trainings and following the Super Soccer Stars Coaching Manual.
Requirements
Must be at least 18 years old with a driver's license and reliable means of transportation
Available weekdays from 2-5pm
Must be able to pass a rigorous background check
