Job Description:

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist in processing certification applications, involving accurate data entry.


• Aid customers contacting a Help Desk for login resets or other issues.


• Manage incoming calls, directing them appropriately and responding to inquiries professionally.


• Offer initial customer support to eye care professionals.


• Deliver exceptional customer service to volunteers, board members, customers, and the foundation with precise information.


• Perform word processing tasks, coordinate mass mailings to members, and follow up on phone/email inquiries.


• Maintain both electronic and hard copy filing systems for records.


• Perform other tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Outlook.


• Minimum of two years of administrative/clerical experience.


• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.


• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.


• Excellent time management, multitasking, and prioritization abilities.


• High School Diploma; Further education beyond high school is preferred.
