Job Description:

We are looking for a Special Projects Coordinator to join one of great client's team. The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated individual with strong analytical skills and a passion for supporting operational projects. They are located in Safety Harbor.


**Responsibilities:**
Coordinate special projects from initiation to completion.
Conduct research, analyze data, and provide insights to support project planning and decision-making.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met.
Prepare project reports, presentations, and documentation.
Monitor project progress and address any issues that arise.
Assist in implementing process improvements and operational efficiencies.
Support senior management with ad-hoc tasks and projects as needed.


**Qualifications:**
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
Proven experience in project coordination or business analysis.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in project management software and MS Office Suite.
