?? Shift: 3:55am - 4:05pm (Monday - Thursday) - Enjoy a four-day workweek with 12-hour shifts!
?? Pay: $25/hr - Plus, this is a direct hire position, offering stability and growth opportunities.
?? Responsibilities:
- Ensure smooth operation of production lines by acquiring and verifying components according to work orders.
- Maintain optimal levels of materials to sustain production throughout shifts.
- Safeguard accuracy and quality standards by operating lines at maximum performance.
- Proactively report safety hazards, violations, and procedural issues to team leaders.
- Perform quality checks using various gauges, recording and reporting results as necessary.
- Keep machinery in optimal condition through regular monitoring and maintenance tasks.
- Assist in changeovers of the filling area and complete production paperwork accurately and promptly.
- Uphold cleanliness and safety standards in accordance with 5S protocol and SOP's.
