Responsibilities:
Provide assistance and support related to computer systems, hardware, and software
Support PC and browser configurations
Remote customer and external customer support and external customers
Overall customer support
Working within a Salesforce environment
Additional responsibilities as required to support the overall success of the team and organization.
What you will bring:
Exceptional verbal communication skills
Ability to take feedback and execute accordingly
Positive Attitude
Diligent Multi-tasker
Ability to work well independently
Salesforce Administrator Certification or training highly preferred
Bilingual is a plus
1 to 2 years of call center / help desk experience
Ability to work flexible hours and days as projects require
Ability to stand and sit for sustained periods of time, at least 50%
Close visual acuity to perform an activity such as: preparing and analyzing data; transcribing/typing; viewing a computer; extensive reading
