About the job
We are looking for someone to join our Delaware team as an Customer Service & Fulfillment Specialist. Candidates should have experience with Delaware DCIS system, corporate filings, document retrieval, Uniform Commercial Code filings and searches, and able to handle a busy workload. Nationwide UCC/Lien research experience is a bonus but not a must.
Schedule
Hours are Monday to Friday 9:00 am to 5:30 pm or 11:00 am to 7:00 pm with 30 minute lunch break. We are also open to other 8 hour shifts that start and end later to help out with evening coverage.
Responsibilities
Create a first-class experience for each client and answer questions they have thoroughly and efficiently via phone and/or email
Processing clients quotes and orders and entering them into our system
Pulling good standings and charters from DCIS and other state agencies.
Filing and preparing paperwork and submitting to DE DCIS system or other appropriate agency/location
Processing Service of Process and filing annual reports
Order processing including typing, editing, and proofreading of documents, charging payments, scanning and attaching documents
Requirements
Delaware DCIS experience, corporate services or UCC/lien research experience
Nationwide UCC/Lien research experience is a bonus but not a must.
Candidates should be extremely organized, detail oriented and have exceptional communication skills.
Strong writing abilities and strong command of the English language a plus
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and general computer literacy; e.g., customer databases)
Strong multitasking ability to manage multiple priorities and orders
Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills with a positive personal and professional image
Ability to handle stressful situations with poise, understanding and tact
