Our client is currently seeking aMarketing Procurement Project Manager
This is a 9-month + contract opportunity with a hybrid work schedule with an office in Brisbane, CA.
As the Marketing Procurement Project Manager, the primary responsibility will be to serve as a crucial liaison between Marketing, Procurement, Legal, and Finance, ensuring seamless approval process flow and reporting for all Marketing contracts. This role will involve comprehensive project management from gathering documentation, facilitating approvals, flagging risks, project tracking in Workfront and reporting.
Core Responsibilities:
Drive Marketing procurement requests expeditiously through the approval process.
Provide real-time status updates to stakeholders.
Manage all projects in Workfront.
Liaison between Marketing, Procurement, Legal and Finance
Drive collaboration and efficient ways of working for the procurement process.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree and 2+ years' experience in project management
Has experience in change management.
Has Workfront experience
Extremely detail-oriented and organized in thought and execution.
Ability to set and communicate clear expectations.
Ability to understand and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to work effectively and achieve results in ambiguous situations.
