Proven work experience as a Customer Success Manager or similar role
Exceptional ability to communicate and foster positive business relationships
Ability to interact, converse and ideate with CTOs, CEOs, VPs and IT Directors
Accountability and personal organization are essential
Solid understanding of software engineering processes
Experience in managing a diverse group according to company standards
Key Responsibilities include
Responsible for building and developing long-term relationships with DaVita, connecting with key business executives and stakeholders.
Liaise between customers and cross-functional internal teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs.
Operate as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to DaVita
Ensure the timely and successful delivery of Persistent solutions according to customer needs and objectives
Communicate clearly the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
Forecast and track key account metrics
Grow DaVita business for Persistent across Technology Services. Identify and grow opportunities within existing accounts and collaborate with Sales specialists and cross functional teams for up-sell and cross-sell Persistent services
Responsible for contract renewals, customer engagement and high customer satisfaction
Keeping a close track on clients' business strategies/feedback, market trend, competitive landscape and operating methods for constants business improvement.
Expertise in dealing with variety of sales situations & acquire clients on "value based selling".
