Director of Emergency Services
Location: Kern County Area, California
Type: Part-Time, Direct Hire
Pay Rate: $34.38/hr. + Commission
Responsibilities:
Available all day for auto-response for victim services and active fire incidents as needed between 7 AM to 9 PM for the Kern County Area.
Conduct a minimum of one monthly visit to East Kern to provide support and prevention for our ADR (Allied Disaster Recovery) team.
Follow and auto-respond to all potential victims/fires via software, ensuring timely and appropriate communication.
Adhere to established protocols for responding to victim/fires, ADR Crisis Support (CS), and Team.
Ensure that board-ups are completed per protocol to secure affected properties.
Dedicate two to four hours to relationship building activities, including marketing/sales efforts, public presentations, participation in KCFD/BFD/BPD/KCSO events, neighborhood awareness initiatives, educational programs, and fire prevention awareness/inspections.
Collaborate with other Directors of Emergency Services (DES) and the Sales Manager to ensure seamless DES schedule coverage seven days per week.
Submit a daily log including incident reports, victim service visitations, education efforts, and events/marketing activities.
Additional responsibilities as assigned.

Commission Structure:
20% on Board-Ups signed and paid (with your signature on contract).
1% of Reconstruction jobs converted by your personal handoff to ADR Conversion Specialist, with payment received by ADR.
2% of total Mitigation jobs (contents & water clean-up) converted by your personal handoff to ADR Conversion Specialist, with payment received by ADR.

Qualifications:
Proven experience in emergency services, victim support, or related fields.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in using relevant software for communication and documentation.
Knowledge of fire prevention and emergency response protocols preferred.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
