Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Architect specializing in Internal Developer Platform and Infrastructure Engineering to join our dynamic team. As an Architect in this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining our internal developer platform and infrastructure systems to support our organization's software development lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Design and architect an internal developer platform to streamline software development processes, improve developer productivity, and enhance collaboration across teams.
2. Develop and implement scalable infrastructure solutions to support the deployment, monitoring, and management of applications and services.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including software engineers, DevOps specialists, and system administrators to gather requirements and design solutions that meet business objectives.
4. Evaluate emerging technologies and industry trends to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement within our developer platform and infrastructure ecosystem.
5. Lead the implementation of best practices for security, scalability, reliability, and performance within the developer platform and infrastructure systems.
6. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members, fostering a culture of learning and continuous improvement.
7. Participate in the planning and execution of infrastructure projects, including capacity planning, resource allocation, and risk management.
8. Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to the developer platform and infrastructure systems, ensuring high availability and reliability.
9. Collaborate with stakeholders to define and prioritize requirements and communicate project status and updates effectively.
10. Proficiency in containerization technologies such as Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes and OpenShift.
11. Experience with CI/CD pipelines, version control systems (e.g., Git), and automated frameworks.
12. Solid understanding of networking concepts, security principles, and system monitoring tools.
13. Solid working experience on front-end (React), back-end and databases
14. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
