Responsibilities
Coordinate the daily logistical needs of the Director's calendar
Arrange travel needs for the Director, including flight booking and accommodations
Prepare necessary materials, presentations, and reports as needed
Process expense reports and invoices in a timely manner
Requirements
Previous experience in a similar administrative position
Background in finance, legal, or high-level advertising industries a plus!
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
Proficient in Microsoft Office and related software
