We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Electrical Preconstruction Manager for one of our well reputable electrical subcontractor clients.
The Electrical Preconstruction Manager will play a key role in the preconstruction phase of electrical projects, working closely with clients, engineers, and subcontractors to develop comprehensive and accurate project proposals and estimates.
Responsibilities:
Lead the preconstruction phase of electrical projects, including conceptual estimating, value engineering, and constructability reviews.
Collaborate with clients, engineers, architects, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and develop innovative solutions.
Prepare accurate and detailed cost estimates, budgets, and proposals for electrical projects.
Conduct site visits and assessments to gather information and assess project scope and requirements.
Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to obtain pricing and bids for electrical components and services.
Analyze project plans, specifications, and drawings to identify potential challenges and opportunities for value engineering.
Review and negotiate contracts and agreements with clients and subcontractors.
Provide technical expertise and guidance to project teams during the preconstruction phase.
Develop and maintain relationships with clients, subcontractors, and industry partners.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, construction management, or a related field.
