Responsibilities
Coordinate and organize office.
Oversee stock of office supplies
Stocking and supplying breakrooms, storage rooms, and general office when needed.
Greet visitors at the office.
Coordinate inbound and outbound office mail.
Support departments in scheduling meetings, interviews, and transport.
Answer phone calls and respond to general emails.
Supporting facility leadership when needed.
Handle other duties as assigned.
Characteristics of a Successful Candidate Include
Strong analytical, project management, and program development skills.
Event management
Excellent written and oral communication skills with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to remain poised in difficult situations.
Ability to work independently with multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
Experience with administrative and clerical work.
Strong communication, organization, and attention to detail
