Job Description:
Title: Senior Scrum Lead
Location: Atlanta, GA
Duration: Contract to Perm
Salary: $80.00 - $85.00/hr w2
Our industry-leading client is looking for a Scrum Lead to join their team!
Location: This role will have a hybrid schedule of remote work and onsite work in Downtown Atlanta, GA.
Responsibilities:
- Promote Agile principles and practices within squads and organization
- Guide squads towards effective backlog management, Scrum practices, and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with the Product Director on backlog prioritization and ensure adherence to Agile practices.
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (planning, daily standups, reviews, retrospectives).
- Provide thought leadership and coach squad members for Agile maturity.
Required Experience:
- 6+ years of relevant Agile experience at the Scrum Lead or Agile Coach/Mentor level
- Agile certifications (CSM, PSM I & II preferred)
- Strong understanding of Agile software delivery and related operational aspects
- Experience working through a transformation of a team to Agile structure and Agile practices
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience working cross-functionally with HR, Marketing, Legal, Risk, Finance, IT, etc.
