Location: Greater Fox Valley area, Wisconsin (Onsite 3 days/week)
Duration: 3-6 Months Contract to start
Rate: Flexible, depending on skills, experience, etc., but generally the rate is between $55 - $80 via a W-2.

Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and adaptable Agile Project Manager to lead cross-functional product development teams, projects, and programs. The successful candidate will champion Agile methodologies, foster collaboration, and ensure the timely delivery of high-quality features that exceed customer expectations.
Responsibilities:
Champion Agile methodologies within assigned teams, adapting to the most effective approach for each project (Scrum, Kanban, etc.).
Facilitate Agile ceremonies including Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, and Sprint Reviews.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define project goals, user needs, and success metrics.
Break down projects into actionable tasks, develop roadmaps, and manage project timelines, budgets, and resources.
Identify and mitigate risks proactively, ensuring project deliverables are met on time and within budget.
Partner with Product Owners to maintain a clear and prioritized product roadmap.
Ensure timely and accurate delivery of features that consistently exceed customer expectations.
Foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment built on trust and open communication.
Remove roadblocks and provide support to ensure team success.
Requirements:
3+ years of experience as an Agile Project Manager, Scrum Master, or similar role.
In-depth understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.).
Proficient understanding of software development practices and quality assurance.
Strong project management skills with a focus on delivering projects on time and within budget.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Servant leadership qualities with a focus on team development and empowerment.
Experience leading and motivating cross-functional teams.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage data to make informed decisions.
Proficiency in project management tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira, Asana, etc. is a plus.
Additional Information:
The role will require onsite presence in the Greater Fox Valley area of Wisconsin for 3 days each week.
Nice to have: SQL abilities.
Team Environment:
The successful candidate will work with 2 teams and around 6 teammates per team.
