We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team. In this role, you will handle various administrative tasks and support our production operations. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have excellent communication skills, we'd love to hear from you!
Work Hours:
Monday through Thursday: 7:00 am - 4:30 pm
Friday: 7:00 am - 11:00 am - start your weekend earlier

Responsibilities Include:
Answer and direct incoming phone calls to the appropriate associates
Greet visitors in a professional manner
Process, sort, and route incoming and outgoing mail
Oversees security fob system
Maintain organized filing systems.
Handle accounts payable tasks.
Prepare shipping and receiving documentation.
Generate labels using multiple software programs.
Adapt to new computer programs as needed.
Place orders and manage inventory.
Maintain confidentiality of all financial data
Track shop order status throughout production.
Create and manage spreadsheets.
Type documents and correspondence efficiently.
Answer multi-line phones professionally.
Welcome and assist visitors to the office.
Record and promptly distribute messages.
Document attendance call-ins from associates.
Other duties as assigned.
Candidates should possess the following:
Previous experience in office administration, including accounting-related responsibilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent organizational abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
Problem-solving skills and a sense of urgency.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Basic math skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
