Job Description:

We are looking for a talented, passionate and experienced 3D Vehicle Artist & Outsource Manager who will play an important role in setting, maintaining and adhering to the visual aesthetics and user experience of our game. Your primary responsibilities will be to manage the creation of high-quality aircraft assets that seamlessly integrate into the game environment for players to enjoy and desire and create similar assets as needed to support our game and players.

All the responsibilities we'll trust you with:
  • You'll collaborate closely with the team to develop assets that adhere to our artistic vision for the game's vehicles and their technical requirements
  • You'll create highly detailed, modern military assets, ensuring they align with the game's visual style and technical requirements.
  • You'll create texture maps and materials that align with the art style and technical requirements of the game.
  • You'll create and integrate new creative as well as real life liveries for aircraft.
  • You'll have great communication skills to ensure adherence to our guidelines working with our outsource partners.
  • You'll conduct regular reviews and receive constructive feedback from our art team to improve the overall quality of art.

What you'll bring to the team:
  • At least 4 years of experience in game development, specializing in 3D artistry with a focus on vehicles, preferably games. Ability to create environmental assets is a plus.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing your expertise in vehicle creation and hard surface modeling .
  • Proficiency in industry-standard software such as Maya, Blender, Substance Painter, Photoshop, or similar tools for vehicle creation.
  • Strong understanding of vehicle design principles, proportions, and mechanical functionality
  • Solid understanding of lighting principles, color theory, composition, and visual storytelling.
  • Excellent knowledge of industry standard optimization techniques for multiple platforms including mobile.
  • Proficiency in industry standards game engines such as Unity and Unreal, with the ability to effectively work with art integration and optimization.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • A proactive and self-motivated approach to problem-solving and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
