We are seeking an attorney with 5+ years of experience to fill the position of Senior Labor & Employment Associate/Counsel at an AmLaw 100 firm. This position would be fully remote, although residence and bar membership in Florida is required. The ideal candidate would have experience with both litigation and counseling clients on a full range of employment law issues. They should also be able to demonstrate that they have litigated various employment issues, including discrimination, retaliation, and harassment claims, before government agencies as well as state and federal courts. The candidate will work primarily with attorneys in the Technology, Manufacturing and Transportation business unit.
