Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for an Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer at L-Nutra, located in Los Angeles, CA, with flexibility for some remote work. The Assistant to the CEO will provide high-level administrative support, assist in managing the CEO's schedule and communications, coordinate meetings and travel arrangements, and handle confidential information. The Assistant will also assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other documents, conduct research, and perform various administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications
Proven experience as an executive assistant or similar role
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and calendar management
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
Professional demeanor and strong interpersonal skills
Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field is preferred
Experience in the healthcare or nutrition industry is a plus
