• Oversee the timely issuance of purchase orders to suppliers and investigate any delays or issues that arise. • Ensure effective tracking and stocking of inventory in the warehouse, maintaining optimal levels of stock. • Monitor deliveries to ensure they arrive on time and investigate any issues with carriers (UPS). • Act as the primary liaison and team lead for and offshore procurement management team, offering support, answering queries, and providing guidance as needed. • Allocate time to attend meetings, generate reports, and respond to emails and inquiries, ensuring effective communication and collaboration with team members.
Requirements: • Minimum of 3 years of experience in logistics; experience leading offshore teams strongly preferred. • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPS and formulas. • Demonstrated ability to manage diverse personalities and maintain professionalism. • Experience using Oracle EBS or Oracle Cloud. • Must be available to work from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm CT.
