Integrating Pageport with their internal systems (CRM, email, SMS)
Helping them customize their initial Pageport video pages and sequences
Tracking their progress in our customer success platform (Vitally)
Following up daily via phone and email until a customer is fully onboarded
Communicating with recently onboarding customers to measure satisfaction and to introduce them to new features

Organized - you will be onboarding 20+ people at any given time, and you'll need to stay up to date on getting each of them moving forward
