My client, a healthcare & business law firm, is seeking a professional, highly skilled Office Manager to join their team in New Hyde Park, NY.
The Office Manager will be providing daily office management support to the entire team. This individual will be responsible for assisting with HR operations, bookkeeping, scheduling meetings and social events, IT requests, PTO tracking for the firm, and additional Administrative hiring. You will also attend all Partner meetings, and then play a key role in implementing any and all Partner meeting decisions, as well as manage the firm's Administrative Assistants.
This is a hybrid role (4 days on-site, 1 day remote), based in the New Hyde Park, NY office.
Qualifications:
MUST possess strong organization & multitasking skills
Effective communication skills
Office build out experience is preferred, but not mandatory
