Key Responsibilities:
  • Compensation Architect: Design competitive reward systems that recognize and motivate our exceptional talent, ensuring compliance with legal standards. Partner with finance and executive leadership to develop and manage compensation budgets aligned with business objectives.
  • Cross-Functional Coordination: Facilitate communication and collaboration across departments to ensure seamless execution of initiatives and alignment with company priorities. Serve as a liaison between the executive team and other departments, providing support and guidance as needed.
  • Culture Maestro: Cultivate a vibrant workplace culture where creativity flourishes, and well-being is paramount. Engineer engagement programs that inspire, retain, and empower our workforce. Lead by example in fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Employee Advocate: Be the trusted ally for our team, addressing concerns with empathy and fairness, fostering a culture of open dialogue and respect. Act as a liaison between employees and executive leadership, advocating for employee needs and concerns.
  • Event and Catering Management: Coordinate company events and catering needs, ensuring seamless execution and memorable experiences for employees and guests.
  • Executive Support: Provide high-level administrative support to the CEO, including calendar management, travel coordination, and preparation of presentations and correspondence. Anticipate needs and proactively address issues to ensure smooth operation of the executive office.
  • Learning Luminary: Illuminate the path of continuous development, crafting learning programs that ignite passion and propel careers forward. Identify skill gaps and development opportunities to drive employee growth and organizational effectiveness.
  • Meeting Management: Plan and organize executive meetings, including agenda setting, preparation of materials, and follow-up on action items. Ensure that meetings are productive, efficient, and focused on strategic priorities.
  • Operational Virtuoso: Ensure the seamless operation of HR functions, navigating complexities with finesse and efficiency. Oversee HR operations, including payroll, benefits administration, HRIS systems, and compliance with employment laws and regulations.
  • Performance Orchestrator: Lead the symphony of performance management systems, ensuring every note resonates with our organizational harmony. Guide managers in delivering feedback that fuels growth. Implement performance metrics aligned with strategic objectives.
  • Policy and Process Development: Develop and implement policies, procedures, and best practices to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness. Identify opportunities for streamlining processes and optimizing resources.
  • Special Projects: Lead or support special projects and initiatives as assigned by the CEO or executive team. Conduct research, gather data, and provide recommendations to address strategic challenges or capitalize on emerging opportunities.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including board members, investors, customers, and partners. Represent the CEO and executive team as needed, communicating company priorities and initiatives effectively.
  • Strategic Leadership: Devise and execute a visionary people strategy aligned with our business goals, elevating employee experience and championing diversity and inclusion. Collaborate closely with the CEO and executive team to ensure alignment with overall strategic objectives.
  • Strategic Planning and Execution: Collaborate closely with the CEO and executive team to develop and implement strategic initiatives and business plans. Drive the execution of key projects, monitoring progress, and ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Talent Magnet: Work with Talent Acquisition to assist in attracting the best minds in the industry. Develop robust onboarding and growth initiatives, nurturing in-house talent pipelines for sustained success. Drive strategic workforce planning initiatives to meet evolving business needs.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • SHRM-SCP, SPHR, or equivalent certification required.
  • 5 years of proven leadership in HR, ideally within the IT Consulting sector.
  • Deep knowledge of HR best practices and regulatory landscapes.
  • Stellar communication and leadership abilities, with a knack for driving change.
  • Strong business acumen and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to translate vision into actionable plans and initiatives.
  • Proven ability to work effectively with senior executives and cross-functional teams.
  • Demonstrated project management expertise, with a track record of successfully leading complex, high-impact projects.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with strong time management and prioritization skills.
  • Adaptable and resourceful, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
