One of our best clients, a global private equity firm in Midtown West, is seeking a talented Administrative Assistant to support one of their busiest senior teams!
This is a 4 day in office role, Mon-Thursday.
Flex to come in on Fridays if needed
Hours 830am to 6pm w/ flex for paid OT as needed

In this role you will support a high performing team of 8 top level executives with:
Managing calendars and inboxes on Outlook
Arranging global and domestic travel
Tracking and submitting expense reports on Concur
Assisting with presentations and meeting preparations
Running reports on Excel
Editing and proofreading PowerPoint presentations
Covering for other admin assistants at the firm as needed
Answering phones and transferring to appropriate team member
Preparing for meetings; reserving conference room, ordering catering, set up technology, etc.
Edit presentations and distribute for meetings
Plan client dinners and luncheons; make reservations, knowledgeable of NYC
Take on projects when needed
The ideal candidate has the following:
5+ years of administrative experience supporting multiple C-Suite or high level execs
Advanced proficiency with MS Office Suite
Bachelor's degree
Passion for EA work
Enjoys working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Knows how to execute, pivot and multi-task quickly
Flexible attitude and can get along well with different personalities
