Job Description:
As an Administrative Coordinator at MEI, you will be responsible for supporting an engineering project management team with a variety of administrative tasks. You will prepare general project and engineering documentation including schedules, meeting minutes, letters, and specifications. You will be the key responsible person for the intake and execution of project related administrative tasks such as uploading construction document packages to online file systems and requests for information by the design team or external stakeholders.
Job Duties
Intake and process a variety of administrative tasks to support the electrical project management team deliverables
Utilize MS Word to modify existing and new documents, such as specifications, letters, meeting minutes
Track and prepare project reports, schedules and routinely distribute to team members
Minimum Qualifications
1+ years of administrative experience in a fast-paced environment
2+ years college education
Highly proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, Office 365 applications
Excellent communication skills and ability to build strong relationships
High attention to detail and accuracy of deliverables
Strong ability to prioritize competing tasks
Experience working at an engineering or architectural firm a major plus
Experience with Procore a plus
