Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a General Manager in Lodi, CA. The General Manager is responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations of the hotel, including managing staff, developing and executing strategic plans, and ensuring overall customer satisfaction. The General Manager works closely with the Co-Founders and Senior Leadership Team to provide exceptional experiences for guests, drive revenue growth, and maintain the highest standards of quality.
Qualifications
Experience in the hospitality industry, specifically in hotel management
Ability to develop and execute strategic plans that drive revenue growth
Proven leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Demonstrated ability to create and maintain a high standard of quality
Strong financial acumen and business skills
Experience in culinary-focused hotels
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field
California operating exeprience is highly preferred

Compensation
Compensation commensurate with experience. General base salary range $130-150K + plus bonus and benefits and the opportunity to be a part of our team.
