Millennium Corporation is hiring a Project Task Manager to work onsite at the Langley-Eustis Air Force Base in Hampton, VA. The candidate must have an active secret clearance and will complete the following tasks:
Provide day to day direction for a group of subordinates and expert functional guidance to employees.
Interface with Government management to resolve problems
Establish priorities of work to subordinates based on Government goals and objectives
Interface between Government customer and Contractor.
Give on the job training to new employees in accordance with established procedures and practices.
Lead the team in assessing its strengths and weaknesses and provide leadership to the team in exploring alternatives and determining improvements
Articulate and communicate to the team the assignment, problem to be solved, actionable events, milestones, suspenses and time frames for completion
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree and 20 years of total experience supervising teams in excess of 50 individuals.
An active Secret security clearance.
Experience supporting an Army acquisition program office and working with Contracting Officer Representatives (COR).
Demonstrated proficiency in the Defense Acquisition System.
