We are looking for an on-site Administrative Coordinator to support the growth of our sports and entertainment ticket resale company.
The candidate's primary focus will be to support a complex ticket fulfillment process. This role requires strong attention to detail and operational excellence.
The ideal candidate is someone patient and persistent with an administrative and operations background. In addition, this position demands a high level of motivation, a strong work ethic and a sense of ownership.
Responsibilities
Input and manage inventory using a processor and point-of-sale software platforms
Prioritize and process all incoming ticket purchases across several platforms to ensure prompt and accurate order delivery
Manage and reconcile ticket inventory
Process ticket transfers when requested
Monitor upcoming fulfillment pipeline and resolve inventory availability issues
Maintain relationships with customer support department at several ticketing platforms
Liaise with a remote back-office team
Resolve administrative problems by analyzing information and identifying and communicating solutions
Reconcile credit card payments and refunds
Assist with special projects and support team as needed
