Responsibilities

- Preparing projects for presentations

- Arrange reports and financial data

-Provides support by screening and routing mail, visitors, and telephone calls

-Oversee all daily office functions

-Process invoicing

Requirements

- QuickBooks experience

- Demonstrated knowledge of Reconcile Bank Statements

- Practical knowledge of Confidentiality

- Supply Ordering experience highly desired

- Manage Vendor Relationships experience

- Deep understanding of Schedule Meetings

- Adeptness in Coordinating Appointments

- General familiarity with Calendar Management

- Knowledge of Invoice Processing

- Outstanding organizational skills, ability to multitask, an eye for detail and previous project management experience
