Join our team as a Screen Print Production Manager!
R&R Industries, Inc. is a family-owned company that has specialized in manufacturing, distributing, and servicing Corporate America with decorated safety apparel and corporate uniforms for over 40 years! We are looking for a hands-on and passionate Screen Print Manager with experience driving a team to ensure that they deliver maximum results through coaching and training. The business is stable and planning for growth in 2024, and we're looking for a leader to help take us to that next level in our biggest decorating department.
Pay: starting at $65K, based on experience
Hours: 6am-2:30pm Monday-Friday with overtime required during peak seasons
Responsibilities include:
Guide and coach employees? monitoring their productivity as well as train where it is needed according to our procedures and best practices
Hands-on training and filling in based on department needs
Maintain on-time and accurate production
Implement process improvements to optimize efficiency
Provide consistent and constructive performance evaluations
Monitor and manage inventory levels of department supplies
Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement
Maintain knowledge of processes and equipment and ensure these are being followed consistently
Consistently track performance metrics (KPIs), work hands on with staff to improve to our standards, and deliver results to management
Ensure strict adherence to safety guidelines and company standards
Resolve and document employee issues and conversations and escalate to HR when necessary
Requirements:
Supervisory/Management experience required
Minimum of five years screen printing experience; must be able to operate automatic presses
Bilingual English and Spanish is strongly preferred but not required
Experience conducting warning and performance review conversations with staff
Attention to detail (grammar, spelling, color, etc.) and quality
Ability to lift, carry, push and pull up to 30 pounds
A working knowledge of Microsoft Windows applications
