The Workday Adaptive Sr. Manager is a seasoned consultant who possessing broad domain and technical expertise related to enterprise performance management solutions; accountable for client success and earning client references; lead projects across multiple clients including process and solution design, client management, team oversight and mentoring; and support sales efforts. • Client Management - able to manage a portfolio of projects with clients keeping projects on time / on budget and
ensuring client references are earned • Technical Design - lead and support technical design team • Product Expertise - demonstrate advanced knowledge of software products • Methodology - ensure Macrospect's implementation methodology is executed consistently across all projects • Team Mentoring and Skills Advancement
o Assists functional architect in overseeing quality of technical delivery by other team members
o Provides guidance and mentoring to other project team members in developing solution objects
Experience
Project leadership experience for multiple client projects
Minimum of three years full life cycle Adaptive project experience in a consulting role
Extensive hands-on experience developing all aspects of Adaptive solutions
• Prior consulting experience preferred • Strong client interfacing with existing software relationships (preferred) • Ability to create a process map and lead a discussion

Software • Minimum of three years direct experience with Adaptive planning software • Advanced level hands-on knowledge of all Adaptive features and components including: environment settings, modeling, security, work flow, dot notation logic, OfficeConnect, and data integration
