Insight Global is seeking a Design Analytics Specialist to support a Customer Experience organization with a focus on design measurements and metrics. Candidates will be working in a business development team, reporting to a Program Manager who oversees a Design organization from a financial and reporting aspect. We are seeking candidates who have the ability to understand metrics to put structure around the design organization and to understand variances and baselining. Candidates will be passionate about data exploration and curating new sets of data to help tell a story and make sense of abilities to create structure. The ideal candidate will have a background with design orientation data, metrics and numbers, understand scorecard and legacy metrics, as well as performance data. The first phase of this project is to unpack the data and information, then source the data to create a base view, future steps would be to build a system or dashboard that stores the data and then ultimately maintain it. The goal is to bring more control over metrics to make sure organizational outputs align to the initiatives and financials within the team.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
4+ years of experience in a data, insights or analytical measurement role
Experience with enterprise level customer facing data, data visuals and dashboards
Understanding of design team functionalities (UX, UI, Industrial, Design Systems, Design Program/Project Management)
Hands on with Qlik and Tableau Strong experience with Gsuite and Smartsheets
Experience with collecting data from surveys, adoption rate, NPS, KPI's, financial measurements
Strong communication and ability to take initiative on building relationships with cross functional stakeholders
NICE TO HAVE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
SQL for coding and reporting Project management skills
