Our client is looking to fill the role of Medical Information Contractor. This position is hybrid and based out of the Princeton office.
Responsibilities:
Manage all written medical information requests from healthcare providers - receive, document and respond to
Handles escalated calls from call center regarding company products
Updates and/or creates medical letters related to company products
Provide product/device related information as needed
Responsible for gathering information related product complaint or adverse event of which made aware during the handling of medical information and medical device inquiries
Projects can include supporting the provision of medical, technical and scientific information related to company products
Support call center escalations as needed
Required Qualifications:
Pharm D required
1-3 years' experience with providing medical information response letters to customers
MS Office Proficiency
Experience with Medical Information systems is a plus, but not required
