Our client is a custom home builder with an established reputation in the South Florida market. They are looking to add an experienced Superintendent to their team as their pipeline of projects continues to grow.

Responsibilities

• Work with owners, project managers, and subcontractors to ensure project completion
• Managing the day-to-day project on-site activities
• Review the daily construction schedule

Qualifications

• 5+ years of residential construction experience
• OSHA 30 certified
• Blueprint and specification reading ability
• Strong relationships with local subcontractors
• Ground-up experience is preferred
