ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Programming Expertise: Utilize your proficiency in multiple platforms, including but not limited to AMX, Crestron, QSys, Atlona, and Kramer, to create customized AV control solutions. GUI Design: Develop intuitive and visually appealing graphical user interfaces (GUIs) that enhance the end-user experience.
Customer Management: Maintain excellent communication with clients, understanding their needs, and providing top-notch support throughout the project lifecycle.
Remote Commissioning: Take charge of remote commissioning tasks, ensuring that all systems are fully functional and meeting the client's expectations. DSP Platform Familiarity: Be knowledgeable about major DSP platforms, such as Biamp, BSS, Symmetrix, Clear One, to collaborate effectively with dedicated audio professionals on programming tasks.
Independent Project Management: Manage projects independently, from initiation to completion, while adhering to deadlines and quality standards.
Effective Communication: Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills to facilitate client interactions and collaborate effectively with team members.
Self-Motivation: Thrive in a remote work environment, demonstrating self-motivation, organization, and a strong work ethic
Multi-Tasking: Excel in multitasking and exhibit professional responsibility to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Willingly undertake any other responsibilities as assigned by the organization to contribute to the overall success of the team and projects.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
5+ years of professional experience in commercial AV.
Current CTS certification.
Programming and related certifications from major manufacturers.
Ability to work autonomously and function effectively as part of a commissioning team with minimal supervision.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to maintain productivity in a remote work setting while collaborating with a team.
