Job Description:

WheelHouse IT is looking for a technical person that is interested in the business and management side of Information Technology.Our Team Manager is the top-level position before heading into leadership roles, and the Team Coordinator is the path to get there. As a Team Coordinator with WheelHouse IT, you will be responsible for managing various account management duties to ensure clients receive a partnership-level experience. You will be a key contributor to the success of the team, responsible for duties ranging from root cause analysis reports, security initiatives, strategic IT road mapping, to client invoicing approvals, client relationship building, and solution coordinating and quoting. Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the team to provide strategic IT road mapping for clients.
  • Provide root cause analysis reports for clients, helping to identify and resolve any issues.
  • Manage security initiatives for clients to ensure their data and systems are protected.
  • Review and approve client invoicing, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
  • Coordinate solutions and provide quotes for clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
  • Build strong relationships with clients, ensuring they receive the best possible service.

Requirements:
  • Strong organizational and documentation skills.
  • General knowledge of modern technology solutions, specifically in the Microsoft 365 ecosystem, firewalls, and security solutions like EDR.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills, including telephone, email, and chat.
  • Ability to de-escalate tense situations and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Passion for the industry and a desire to learn and grow.

Total Compensation Range: $45K-$55K, depending on experience and qualifications.
