Position Overview




Invenergy is seeking a Support Coordinator, Service Desk . This is an exciting entry level position that has multiple facets. You will be the face of our business unit, coordinating aspects of end-user technology ensuring compliance and consistency with all company policies, processes, procedures and other standards and regulations.


Your primary focus will be providing world-class support for the end-users at Invenergy (our customers). Your responsibilities will include onboarding and offboarding, imaging devices, break / fix and maintaining inventory.


You must be passionate about customer service and technology. You will be expected to continually provide suggestions on how to improve technology services that align with and will strengthen the business. Documentation, organization and planning should come as second nature to you. Your ability to communicate, be a team player, and perform tasks while under pressure will be critical to your success.



Responsibilities



Deliver world-class customer service to a growing, diverse workforce


Deploy endpoints to our customers (laptop, desktop, mobile device, tablets)


Assist with data transfer


Assist with support tickets


Setup physical desk at corporate headquarters


Coordinate all aspects of the end of life device refresh schedule


Champion efforts in inventory, licensing and document control









Requirements




BS / BA , preferably in Computer Science or other technical discipline.


Strong desire to grow technical aptitudes


Prioritize and manage multiple demands on your time


Recognize and pursue opportunities that improve processes and services


Analyze and solve complex problems


Working independently and take initiative to drive results


Willing to perform some tasks and participate in troubleshooting efforts during off-hours


Possess excellent written and verbal skills to clearly communicate with our customers


Able to lift at least 25 pounds


Willing to travel to Invenergy remote sites



Preferred



Experience with O365, Active Directory and ITAM tools


Understanding of the ITIL Framework
