This role is responsible for coordinating, maintaining, and providing technical support, training, and product expertise to customers and internal teams.
Essential Functions:
Provides technical support as well as troubleshoots and resolves customer issues related to product usage and functionality.
Develops and implements sales tools. Participates in sales training and makes joint customer visits with sales engineers.
Conducts market research and maintains competitive position analysis for the product line.
Participates in trade show preparation and attends trade shows.
Collaborates with cross functional teams to ensure new and current product designs meet customer expectation.
Liaison amount customers to provide technical product demos and presentations to highlight product capability.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field. May consider experience in lieu of degree.
1+ year of technical service experience.
Ability to learn new products and technologies.
Ability to travel as needed to attend industry events and meet with customers and partners.
