We are looking for a skilled Graphic Designer with a passion for creating captivating visual experiences for packaging. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, a deep understanding of branding, and the ability to translate creative concepts into compelling packaging designs. From conceptualization to execution, this role will be instrumental in shaping our product packaging and enhancing our brand identity. This role will be based out of our home office location in Bentonville, Arkansas. Please note that this role will not support immigration-related employment benefits such as H-1B, TN, L-1, or STEM Extension. Strong portfolio showcasing packaging design projects and proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).




You'll sweep us off our feet if:



- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop packaging concepts that align with brand guidelines and marketing objectives.


- Create visually appealing graphics, illustrations, and layouts for product packaging using industry-standard design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).


- Ensure consistency in design elements, typography, and color schemes across all packaging materials.


- Incorporate product imagery, photography, and illustrations to enhance packaging aesthetics and communicate product features effectively.


- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and design innovations to continually elevate the quality of packaging designs.


- Work closely with vendors, printers, and production teams to ensure accurate implementation of packaging designs and maintain quality standards.


- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.



You'll make an impact by:



- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field.


- Proven experience 8 - 10 years working as a Graphic Designer, preferably with a focus on packaging design.


- Excellent understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout composition.


- Knowledge of print production processes, materials, and finishes.


- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and communicate design concepts clearly.


- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy and consistency in design execution.


- Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas and solve design challenges.


- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.


- Passion for design excellence and a commitment to delivering outstanding visual solutions




Minimum Qualifications...
