Summary:


Leidos QTC Health Services is hiring a HR Services Project Manager to plan, develop, coordinate, and execute significant projects.  Essential Duties and Responsibilities:



  • Function as project leader and liaison between users and stakeholders to facilitate the creation and maintenance of project plans, dependencies, timeliness, prioritization, risks, tracking budget versus actual, and all delivery capabilities across the project life-cycle 

  • Define scope, goals, stakeholders, and deliverables on assigned projects; provide direction and oversight to the project team. Manage execution against plan

  • Effectively communicate activities and project status including milestones and dependencies to management and co-workers through core team and steering committee meetings as well as informal meetings in a timely manner

  • Act as HR Services liaison and consultant for external function and departmental stakeholders and/or projects to identify potential effects on workflow

  • Develop policies, procedures, workflow, and training materials which include course content, visual presentations, and training aids and collaborate with Corporate Training and other departments as necessary

  • Train (with SME input) on HR Services initiatives

  • Measure and track the performance and effectiveness of training and other identified programs through testing and operational results

  • Perform quality assurance reviews and post-project follow ups to determine effectiveness of product/process implementation and areas for improvement

  • Manage project and other expenses and assess return on investment

  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned

  • Solid project management skills for technical, schedule, cost, and risk management

  • Excellent analytical, data analysis, problem-solving and presentation skills

  • Strong ability to utilize various project management tools to coordinate and manage complex projects

  • Ability to handle confidential information

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to quickly foster relationships and credibility at all levels

  • Excellent organization and follow-up skills

  • Above average skills with Microsoft Excel

  • Ability to solicit input from others and transition concepts into strategic tangible plans, products and services

  • Highly self-motivated


 Education and/or Experience: (includes certificate & licenses)



  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or equivalent experience/combined education

  • 5+ years (level 3) or  2+ years (level 2) direct experience in managing projects

  • 1 or more years training or presenting experience preferred

  • 2 or more years of HR experience 

  • HR or Project Management Professional Certification or equivalent a plus


Pay and Benefits:


Salary range (level 3) :  $93,000 - $107,000


Other levels may be considered:


The salary ranges for each level are as follows:


(Level 2) -  2+ years:  $66,000 - $85,000
