$1,500 Hiring Bonus! PT or FT Direct Support Professional (Omaha) at THE COMMUNITY SUPPORTS NETWORK, INC in Omaha, Nebraska

Job Description:

The Community Supports Network (CSN) is currently offering a $1,500 hiring bonus for candidates who apply through 3/31/2024 and are successfully hired.The hiring bonus is paid in 3 installments: $200 - First paycheck following completion of initial two-week training, $500 - 3 months of employment and all training complete, $800 - 6 months of employment.
*Applicants previously employed by CSN within the past 6 months are not eligible for this bonus.

CSN-Omaha is looking for Part-time and Full-time Direct Support Professionals to join our wonderful team!!

Pay isup to $16.00/hour, depending on knowledge, skills, and abilities.

Direct Support Professional (Caregiver) Duties and Responsibilities:As DSP or Caregiver, you will support and mentor adults with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities in learning the skills needed to increase their independence in areas of life such as community involvement, job skills, education, personal health, and daily living skills. Examples of what you will do include:
Assist with daily tasks/chores like cooking, cleaning, medication managementSupport individuals to practice and maintain good hygieneRun errands such as shopping and going to appointmentsEncourage and foster individuals hobbies and interestsProvide habilitation & documentationFollow health & safety protocols
