This position is responsible for properly sanding and prepping units to paint.

-Ability to blast single phase poles, pads, and regulators
-Ability to blast three phase pads
-Ability to demonstrate proper safety protocol when using tools and working in the area.
-Ability to follow work order.
-Insists on safety as Job 1.
