Job Description:

The Communications Manager will support the Section 508 Office with congressional reporting and briefing requirements. The Communications Manager will be adept at researching and preparing briefing materials and PowerPoint presentations for VA and Congress. This position will work closely with the VA 508 Office leadership and the project manager.

Position Responsibilities:
Provide Section 508 Office Briefings, as requested, to include:
Quarterly Congressional Special Senate Committee on Aging briefingQuarterly OMB 508 Compliance briefingMonthly Quality and Risk Committee 508 compliance briefings (including CIO Briefing, 508 Compliance All Hands Briefing, and various governance briefings)Five monthly adhoc briefings upon demand.
