Salary: $40.00 USD Hourly - $46.00 USD Hourly

Description: One of our clients is currently seeking a Business Systems Analyst to join their growing team!



Business Systems Analyst (BSA)




MUST HAVES:

• Solar/Net Metering/Interconnection knowledge or experience. Understanding of state and federal clean energy programs and incentives.


• Ability to explain technical and complex topics, customized for individual customer understanding.


• A bit of a detective mindset - ability to synthesize information gleaned from multiple systems to determine possible issue, next steps, and path forward.

Responsibilities:

• Review, analyze, and evaluate business systems and user needs.


• Formulate systems to align with overall business strategies.


• Write detailed descriptions of user needs, program functions, and steps required for computer program development or modification.


• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document detailed requirements.


• Design, develop, and test software systems that meet user needs.


• Provide training to end-users on new systems and processes.


• Facilitate smooth implementation and adoption of software solutions.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.


• 6-10 years of experience in business systems analysis or related areas.


• Expertise in business concepts, practices, and procedures.


• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to bridge business and technical domains.


• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, Word).


• Customer service experience.


• Knowledge or experience in solar/net metering/interconnection.


• Excellent communication skills for customer interactions.


• Ability to manage net metering application and enrollment processes.


• Coordination with internal and external groups to ensure compliance with legislative requirements.


• Creativity and adaptability in achieving project goals.
