Job Summary:


The Judge Group is seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Manager to join the team of a growing food manufacturing organization based in Beaumont, Texas.


The HR Manager will lead all human resources functions, ensuring compliance with labor laws, promoting employee engagement, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement within our workforce of 50 employees.


Key Responsibilities:


1.Recruitment and Onboarding:

•Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job requisition to offer acceptance, ensuring alignment with company culture and values.

•Develop comprehensive onboarding programs to facilitate smooth integration of new hires into the organization.

2.Employee Relations:

•Serve as a trusted advisor to employees and management on HR-related matters, including conflict resolution, performance management, and disciplinary actions.

•Promote a positive work environment through effective communication, recognition programs, and initiatives that enhance employee morale and engagement.

3.Performance Management:

•Establish and oversee performance management processes, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and coaching to drive employee development and organizational success.

•Provide guidance and support to managers in conducting performance reviews and addressing performance issues proactively.

4.Compliance and Policy Development:

•Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws, regulations, and company policies, keeping abreast of changes and proactively addressing any potential risks or issues.

•Develop and maintain HR policies, procedures, and employee handbook to reflect best practices and promote a fair and inclusive workplace culture.

5.Training and Development:

•Identify training needs and develop training programs to enhance employee skills and competencies, supporting career growth and succession planning initiatives.

•Collaborate with department managers to assess training effectiveness and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.

6.Benefits Administration:

•Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and effective communication to employees.

•Serve as a liaison between employees and benefits providers to address inquiries, resolve issues, and facilitate enrollment or changes as needed.


Qualifications:


•Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field; SHRM-CP or PHR certification preferred.

•Minimum of 5 years of HR management experience, preferably in a manufacturing or food production environment.

•Strong knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and best practices.

•Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and credibility at all levels of the organization.

•Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.

•Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and develop proactive HR solutions.

•Proficient in HRIS systems and MS Office suite; experience with payroll and timekeeping systems is a plus.
