Description: Our client is currently seeking an entry level, Jr. Level Corporate Accountant who is currently graduating or has 1-2 years of experience, preferably in manufacturing. This position offers quick advancement opportunity as they are seeking someone to grow into a Sr. Accountant and then an Accounting Manager in 3-5 years This position sits in their Corporate HQ & is a growing company whose products are distributed both domestically and abroad.

This job will have the following responsibilities:
- Prepare monthly reporting packages for management.
- Assist with physical inventories at our 4 locations. Travel required < 10%
- Assist with preparation for various outside audit and tax work
- Perform other accounting or administrative tasks as required
- Assist with cash management and bank reconciliations
- Assist with various projects required by management
- Assist with budget preparation and review
- Maintain Fixed Asset schedules
- BS / AS in Accounting preferred, not required
- 0-2 Years of Accounting Experience - preferably in Manufacturing / Warehousing
- Experience handling bank reconciliations, budget preparations, general ledgers, weekly & monthly reporting, etc.
- Knowledgeable in GAAP
