Salary: $150,000.00 USD Annually - $160,000.00 USD Annually

Description: Our client is currently seeking a Director of Marketing for a permanent/direct hire position that will sit onsite in the Malvern area 2-3 days per week.

Job Description:

• 
  Develop and oversee marketing strategies and campaigns across various channels, ensuring their effectiveness and alignment with business goals.


• 
  Craft and execute content plans tailored to different audience segments, utilizing both digital and traditional platforms.


• 
  Enhance brand recognition by innovating promotional activities and maintaining brand consistency across all communication mediums.


• 
  Measure and analyze the impact of marketing initiatives, ensuring client satisfaction and campaign success.


• 
  Manage the marketing budget, collaborating with team members for accurate tracking and reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO).


• 
  Conduct market research to inform strategic decisions and forecast market trends.


• 
  Coordinate marketing events, ensuring all aspects are executed flawlessly.


• 
  Support team growth by recruiting and training new members, and fostering their professional development.


• 
  Lead a dynamic marketing team, setting objectives and encouraging continuous learning.


• 
  Promote interdepartmental cooperation to achieve organizational goals.


• 
  Engage in professional development by attending industry events and staying current with market developments.


• 
  Contribute to product and service enhancement through market insights and innovative thinking.


• 
  Adapt to various tasks as needed, maintaining flexibility to meet the organization's requirements.

Qualifications:

• 
  Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.


• 
  Minimum of five years in a leadership role within marketing


• 
  Track record of success in strategic marketing planning and campaign execution.
  
  


• 
  Experience with social media and digital marketing, including LinkedIn campaigns and SEO.


• 
  Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a dynamic environment.


• 
  Experience on both client and agency sides within the healthcare sector is beneficial.


• 
  Strong analytical skills and problem-solving capabilities.


• 
  High ethical standards and attention to detail, with a proactive and collaborative approach.


• 
  Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage with senior management.


• 
  Independent thinker with the capacity to initiate and lead new projects.
