JOB DESCRIPTION

Medline Industries LP is looking for System Analyst-1 (Ecom Operations)

The ideal candidate will be working closely with Ecom operations support, Help Desk, Sales reps and business teams to address customer issues, Incidents and tickets related to medline.com features and functionalities. Candidate's responsibilities will be as listed below:

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Troubleshoot and resolve system issues across teams and vendors.


• Respond and resolve Helpdesk tickets


• Troubleshoot and resolve system and software defects


• Triage, escalate and eventually manage site outages


• Research, estimate and build solutions / automations to achieve operational efficiencies


• Resolve HEAT tickets or suggest a work around till the issue gets resolved


• Escalate tickets to respective teams to get them resolved


• Publish banners (marketing/ informational) on production


• Make Configurational changes on Production and Test environment


• Punch-out set ups for different procurement systems


• Document and maintain different resolution methods for new issues

QUALIFICATIONS

Education

• Bachelor's Degree in IT related field or business.

• A passion for designing, developing and troubleshooting Java based web applications.
• A hunger for learning about DevOps, transforming how Medline delivers IT solutions.
• Must be highly motivated and dependable with excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related field
• Familiarity with ATG, BCC, Checking logs
• Create and deploy projects on BCC
• Familiarity with Java, HTML, JavaScript, SQL, RQL, SAP, XI, AppDynamics, Splunk
• Should be a team player with excellent logical thinking while resolving issues
• Ability to handle critical production issues and perform under stress
• The candidate should possess good communication skills
