Job Description:

Job Summary



The Revenue Integrity Specialist works closely with all revenue generating practices as well as the departments within Revenue Cycle to enhance revenue capture, create education materials, perform focused reviews and monitor key revenue metrics to ensure a healthy revenue stream.



Collaborates with the professional coding team as well as AR management in understanding denials trends, root cause, and the development of mitigation plans.




Previous payor or revenue capture experience.



Hybrid with ability to perform on site visits with THMG practices preferred.



Prefer epic experience

Education Requirements

• 4 year Bachelor's Degree - OR - combination of relevant education & experience may be considered in lieu of Bachelor's Degree

• Relevant Experience , prefer previous payor or revenue experience.
